Travel: Iceland

They say that Iceland and Greenland are wrongly named.  That in fact Iceland is green, and Greenland is icy.  Although theoretically part of Europe, when you look at a map it really is closer to Greenland (which belongs to the American continent) than it is to any European state.  Maybe that is why this beautiful place has never really been on my radar.  I know absolutely nothing about the place other than Bjork (of the weird swan dress) hails from there.   Time to look into it. It looks stunning.
